I know it may seem like chump change, but Michael saved me at least $100 — possibly way more! I called and left a message, and he got back to me ASAP. I explained the issue, and he walked me through some diagnostic/troubleshooting steps. I followed his instructions and got my water heater back up and running like I was the professional lol. Me and the wife are celebrating! Thank you, Michael — you definitely have yourself a returning customer! 💯

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I cannot say enough good things about Mike Petito and his team! The other night, I texted Mike at 12:20 a.m. about a leak, and his team was at our house at 8 a.m. the next morning fixing it. That’s just one example of how he has gone above and beyond for us.

Mike also took it upon himself to coordinate with our water treatment company to get our water softening issues resolved—without me even asking. And while I was visiting my mom in Springfield, Illinois, I FaceTimed him about her unusually high water bill. He took the time to walk me through what to check, even though he had absolutely no obligation to help. He’s simply a genuinely nice person who cares.

He’s even helped with an unusual request: a baby fox had previously been living in our French drain pipes, and before I blocked off the openings, Mike helped me scope them to make sure there weren’t any animals still inside. His willingness to help me avoid accidentally trapping an animal meant so much to me.

Everyone on his team (Jake, Christian and I can't remember all the names) have been incredibly kind, helpful, and an absolute pleasure to deal with. It’s not just how quickly they show up—it’s the thoughtfulness and care they bring with them. We’re so grateful to have found Mike, and I highly recommend him and his wonderful team!
